Silver Plate Rogers

Up for sale is a very nice 8 Piece place setting of William Rogers international silver flatware. This is silver plate. It is the Mary Lou pattern. In a nice heavy wooden case, with red felt interior. It includes the following. 8 salad or dessert forks. All of it is in good condition.

This is a beautiful vintage WM Rogers (International Silver) 50 piece silverplate flatware set from 1938. Included is the original wood chest. The pattern is called Mary Lou – Devonshire. Included are the following pieces in this 50 piece set. Qty 8 Grille Fork each measuring 7-1/2 long. Qty 8 Individual Salad For each measuring 6 long. Qty 8 Round Bowl Soup Gumbo Spoon each measuring 7-1/8 long. Qty 16 Teaspoons each measuring 6-1/8 long. Qty 8 French Hollow Grille Knife each measuring 8-1/4 long. Qty 1 Master Butter Knife measuring 7 long. Qty 1 Sugar Spoon measuring 6 long. Each piece has the maker’s marks on the back of the handle that read, “WM Rogers, IS” as pictured. This Lovely set appears to be a combined set. I tried to show in the pictures by grouping together the ones that are in Very Good to Excellent Condition, and the ones that look slightly more used. None of them are in poor condition. There are a total of 95 pieces, plus the box. The box is in kind of rough condition, as you can see in the pictures, but it is solid and everything fits in it. The pieces are as follows. 21 Oval Soup Spoons. 8 Butter Knives (individual place). 2 Master Butter Knives. 2 Large Serving Spoons. 1 Regular Serving Spoon. 1 Serving – Cold Meat Fork.
