This is a mixed set of 1847 Roger’s Bros silver plated flatware And Community Plate silver plated flatware. About an equal number of each type in the Roger’s Brothers velvet lined silverware box. The flatware is in good condition a few of the pieces have some stains That might come out with polishing. The inside of the box is in very good condition the outside of the box has a number of scratches on it. The knives have a stainless steel insignia on them and it’s unclear if they are also silver plated. The spoons and forks have an indication of being silverplate in their markings.

Treat yourself. You deserve it! Absolutely beautiful set of vintage Rogers & Bro stainless flatware complete with the presentation case. The set is the “Exquisite” pattern, circa 1950 and consists of 57 pieces, including the case. There is a full service for at least 8, as well as several extra pieces. All are in top notch condition, and about 90% are still in the original plastic sleeves. I don’t believe this set has ever seen use, but if so, it has been EXTREMELY well cared for. There is some light tarnish on just a few pieces and the case only shows the slightest of wear. We sell all kinds of antique, vintage and modern merchandise from estate sales, collections, consignments and auctions. With no warranties or guarantees written or implied. That said, we WILL NOT sell you junk. All items listed have been tested for functionality and we will specify if an item is untested or is for parts only. The original branded 1847 Rogers Bros case is in good structural condition but poor cosmetic condition both inside & out.
