(International Silver Company) in 1941. The International Silver Company was founded in 1898 through a merger of several smaller silver companies including Wm. Rogers, becoming a dominant U. It produced a wide range of goods, from flatware to hollowware, and played a significant role in supplying the military during World War II. The company faced decline in the 1970s, eventually becoming part of Insilco Holding Company in 1983 before closing its headquarters in 1981.
