Anchor Rogers IS Silverplate Moonbeam Handled Butler Tray 21 4881. Notice the areas of plating rubbed away, one area of plate loss near the handle is 1X. 5, and base metal is shining through the etching on one side of the tray. The copper shining through is still very attractive and is a testament to the high quality Rogers metals they used for their silver plate. This pattern is very rare.
