Genuine Rogers Smith & Co quadruple silverplate number 1924-6 Victorian era coffee service set. This seven piece coffee and tea set is very pretty. The pieces are marked by the maker with stamp, ROGERS SMITH & Co, MERIDEN Conn. 1924 ” while the tea pot is marked with the same maker, but has ” NEW HAVEN Conn. ” and “6″ in addition to “1924. ALL pieces are decorated in the ART NOUVEAU style with lovely FLOWERS and LEAVES both etched throughout the middle of each piece and cast in the finales of the lids. The four legs on every piece has faces of maidens with flowers in their braided hair. The coffee pot stands 13.5 tall to its finale (finale is missing) with in tree branches decorating the spout. The lid is hinged and open over the handle. The coffee picture has a missing the finale stem and a has scar on the neck as noted in condition section and visible in the pictures.
