69pc Wm Rogers Overlaid IS 1940s Silver Plated Flatware. The drawer is hard to pull out. The top layer of the box is sagging in the middle making it hard to pull out the bottom drawer.

Minor surface wear on the exterior, the chest measures 14.25 wide x5.25 tall x 11 inches deep. Some of the pieces are slightly tarnished. No flaws, this set is in very good condition.
