Stunning antique FB Rogers silver plated four piece service set. Includes a tall coffee pot a matching tea pot a creamer and a heavy ornate serving tray. Coffee and tea pots feature elegant Victorian finials and hinged lids. Gorgeous scrolling handles and decorative raised spouts on both pots. Footed bases with lion paw style legs add classic antique charm. Large tray showcases deep Victorian scrollwork and intricate engraved patterns. Coffee and tea pots marked FB ROGERS on underside. Creamer unmarked as typical for Rogers accessory pieces. Tray measures approx 25 inches across handle to handle. Coffee and tea pots approx 10 inches tall. Matching pattern throughout creates a unified high end antique presentation. Authentic antique patina across all pieces. Tarnish and plate wear visible consistent with age. 1847 Rogers Bros Silver plate Tea and Coffee Service 6 piece set. Made in the USA! Beautiful ornate floral design. 9403 sugar bowl with lid. 9405 candy dish or sugar cube holder. 9492 large rectangular serving tray 28″ x 17″ – see photos of gorgeous ornate detailing on the tray. I received this about 30 years ago from my Granny and have carefully maintained it. It is from the 1950s. So shiny & gorgeous! Coffee pot lid is missing pin that goes in the hinge, but still fits on nicely so is fine for display. It should be an easy fix – see photos – I included a photo of the tea pot lid working properly (hinge is intact) and the coffee pot lid for comparison. Coffee pot has 1 dimple – see last photo where it is marked with a red arrow. Otherwise none of the pieces have any dents or notable scratches, except the tray. Use the zoom on the pictures of the tray it does have typical expected scratches in the center of the tray from the feet of the other pieces, This is only noticeable when all the pieces are off the tray. When all displayed together the set is stunning! I work hard to give accurate descriptions and take good photos. You may check my feedback and please feel free to ask questions!
