Antique Victorian Rogers Bros. Silver Plate Cake Basket Cherubs Putti. 12″ tall including bail handle x 10″ upper diameter. Pre-owned, good condition very nice but not perfect, plating shiny but could use an additional polish, small divots on both sides of top rim where grapes on handle make contact with metal when the handle is down. We store our items in a smoke free warehouse.
VINTAGE 1847 Rogers Bros. Silverplate BREAD or CAKE KNIFE? The cutting edge on this one is different and this one isn’t as long. It belonged to my Mom. I’m not real knowledgeable on identifying flatwear. Vintage was introduced in 1904. Beautiful grape and vine design. Rare and hard-to-find piece. Some wear to the blade (see pictures).

Roger Williams Openwork Ornate Cake Plate Sterling Silver Overlay Mono. American sterling silver footed cake plate, having glass body with openwork overlay, featuring griffins, dolphins, cherubs, floral urns as well as foliate and scroll elements, creating intricate patterns. In the center, there is an engraved curly monogram “MCP”. Made by Roger Williams Silver Co. This marvelous plate is 11″ in diameter and 3/4″ tall. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering. We will be happy to assist in this.
