This is an almost new extraordinary remarkable Avon , WM Rogers 171, and International Silver Company tea set made by. Meriden Britannia Company in C. This could be a one of the unique set the company ever made. Please read all description carefully. This set has total 6 pieces 1 tray, 1 tea pot, 1 sugar bowl, 1 lid, 1 spoon, and 1 creamer. There are no ding or scratch that I can find. There are over 50. Pictures for your carefully. The 12 inches 24 K Gold plated stamped Wm Roger 171. The tea pot has a label “Electroplated with 24 K Gold” Meriden Connecticut 06450. Tea pot stands 10 1/4′ tall and 10 from sprout to handle. The creamer has a label “Electroplated with 24 K Gold” Meriden Connecticut 06450. Creamer is 4 1/2″ at spout, 5″ at handle. The sugar bowl has a label “Electroplated with 24 K Gold” Meriden Connecticut 06450. Sugar is 3″ tall, 6″ from handle to handle. Sugar bowl lid had little exposure, see bottom left of picture 5. Just cleaning all my old stuff in the house and found this vintage 125 pc. It’s still in that great condition it has always been in, see photos I took quite a few so that you could see every detail. There are some other “Rogers Bros” ware inside that come from other sets, but I just don’t have time to check them all, so I’m putting it up for 120 bucks, I would definitely think its worth more than that, but I’m just trying to get rid of it! Beautiful and hard to find American 19th Century Antique Ice Tongs in the “Persian” pattern Rogers Brothers established in 1847. The tongs are large measuring 9-1/2 in length. These tongs were not made in 1847 but rather during the latter part of the Century. This pair of tongs have markings on one of the narrow arms. It has 1847 Rogers Bros. Please, see photos to see the markings. The tongs are in excellent antique condition with normal light scuffs but no dents or nicks, no damage or repairs.
