Hirschfield and was assigned to the Meriden Britannia and given a patent date in 1886, it features a multi-motif Victorian Assyrian Revival pattern portraying different male or female Assyrian god faces depending of the piece type on its flatware pieces, and in bands with many of them in its hollowware ones in both accompanied with various exotic ornamental details. A patter offer this time in a rather hard to find hollowware piece its SOUP TUREEN 11 ¼x 4 7/8 from handle to handle and height, NO LID, an antique estate piece in a good fair condition showing some wear as imaged mostly inside the bowl, despite such the overall plate shape is quite good, clean no monogram, stamped.
