Overall excellent condition especially given the age of. No plate loss except some very minor rubbing on the ridges of the leaf rest on the back of some of the pieces (see final photo). No corrosion or pitting on knife blades (all blades are silver-plated). A few pieces have a fair amount of very fine scratches (see close-up photos) – these could probably be buffed out. 11 hollow handle dinner forks, (9 with leaf rest on back, 2 without). 12 flat handle dinner forks. 15 bouillon soup spoons. 11 flat handle butter knives. 6 hollow handle butter knives. 4 hollow handle fruit knives. 1 set sugar tongs. 2 cheese knives, 1 triangle blade and 1 long blade. 2 master butter knives. 2 general serving forks. 1 long and 1 short relish fork. 3 general serving spoons. 1 caving set – fork, knife and rod. This is an almost new extraordinary remarkable Avon , WM Rogers 171, and International Silver Company tea set made by. Meriden Britannia Company in C. This could be a one of the unique set the company ever made. Please read all description carefully. This set has total 6 pieces 1 tray, 1 tea pot, 1 sugar bowl, 1 lid, 1 spoon, and 1 creamer. There are no ding or scratch that I can find. There are over 50. Pictures for your carefully. The 12 inches 24 K Gold plated stamped Wm Roger 171. The tea pot has a label “Electroplated with 24 K Gold” Meriden Connecticut 06450. Tea pot stands 10 1/4′ tall and 10 from sprout to handle. HUGE MIX LOT OF SILVER PLATE FLATWARE AND DINNERWARE PIECES. On stainless Flintstones Pebbles spoon snuck in there, but oh well. Overall utensil marks/scratches/plate loss, tarnish on some. (Pieces are all placed in large flat rate box for comparison of how much) I had to just put it all in there, it was all over my desk, and I needed to move on to other projects, some are multiples of the same pattern. Punch Bowl Set With 26 Cups, Bowl And Tray and ladle. It is a beautiful set. Condition is very good to excellent. The cups measure 2 5/8 high and about the same around. The bowl measures 11″ High By 14.5″ Across the top. The tray is is 19 and has a beautiful raised border of vines and grapes which is also around the. Rim of the punch bowl. The ladle is in excellent condition and measures about 17″ and the bowl is about 5.5″ wide. This was well stored and it does not need much polishing. Condition is very good. There is some minor scuffing on the tray where the punch bowl rests. We are not polishing this up any more. It is a lot of work and don’t think it needs but a good wipe. No damage or monograms. UNIQUE (OOAK) CUSTOM SILVER PLATE SNUFF SPOON. Here’s a one-of-a-kind, custom, interesting and unusual snuff spoon that was wrought from one piece of vintage, silver-plated flatware. The spoon’s overall length is 4″ and the bowl is quite generous (just over 1/4″ diameter). I crafted this spoon nearly 50-years ago, in my Hippie/biker days. You’ll not find another like it. It’s unique and unusual because because Rogers Bros. Did not make snuff spoons. A damaged 1847 Rogers Bros. Ladle was the foundation for this piece. The handle features one of the “1844 Arcadian” patterns This has been well-used, well-appreciated, well-loved.. And in the well many times. Be assured that this is not a salt spoon. I polished it, which might not have been a great idea, as now (under magnification) a zillion micro-scratches are visible. To the naked eye, it looks beautiful and it’s in great condition and looks better than it appears in these pics. Maybe a flatware expert can let me know what that might mean.
