Antique Victorian Rogers Smith & Co Quadruple Silver Plate Pickle Castor & Tongs. 11.75 inches tall total. The jar is 7.5 inches tall with the lid, and 4.25 inches tall without. Features flower tops, including sunflowers, and daisies. The top has a lovely depiction of a small cherub child, sitting in tree branches with flowers & berries, talking to a bird in its nest, with eggs. Heavy duty, pressed lead glass jar. This listing is for a. Antique 70 piece 1847 Rogers Bros “1916 Heraldic” Hammered Silverplate Flatware Set. Lovely older set in pre-owned condition with age appropriate surface scratches and plate loss. Do note; the pie server shows heavy pitting / scratches in the blade (see picture 9) and 1 of the New French Knifes shows damage to one side of the handle (see picture 4). All pieces are free of any monogram. Scarce, quality older set, pieces are marked 1847 Rogers Bros Rogers. The blades of the 6 New French Knifes are incised with INSICO Stainless (International Silver Company). Also, 6 of the Dinner Forks show an embossed design on the back / the heel of the fork (see picture 10). This set appears to be the combination of an older set, service for 6 and an addition of a later set serving 6. The “Heraldic” pattern was first introduced in 1916. Do note; heavy moderate / scratches on the wood finish (see picture 12). Hinges and lining are intact. Be sure to contact me via message board to make the necessary changes to the listing. Antique Rogers & Bro Victorian Triple Plate Cruet / Caster Vaseline Glass Condiment Carousel. Size: 15″ tall x 7.35″ diameter. This beautiful Victorian tripled plated silver cruet set was made by Rogers & Bro in late 19th century in Waterbury, CT. Includes oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and mustard jar, all original pieces. All cruets have matching etched glass design. One jar is missing top. The carousel has a beautiful floral design and spins freely with a Bell in center. Overall this set is in wonderful antique condition and would make a gorgeous display.
