Silver Plate Rogers

This listing is for a set of 1847 Rogers Bros FIRST LOVE Silver Plate Flatware that arrives in a Silverware Chest. Each piece is marked, “1847 Rogers IS First Love”. There are a total of 50 pieces including. 1 Master Butter Knife. 8 Oval Place Setting Table Soup Spoons. 1 Jelly or Sugar Spoon. 1 Child Place Setting 1 Knife, 1 Fork and 3 Spoons. The Child Place Setting Pieces are the only that show ware. This ware is on the backs of each fork and spoon where they rest there is light plate loss as I tried to show in a picture above. Otherwise, Each piece does need a deep cleaning but all other 45 pieces are in good shape with no plate loss or major scratches of any kind. The flatware chest does show ware but only to the outside. For this reason, and the fact that many of my items are 50+ years old, my items show ware and other issues from age and use. They are NOT new or unused unless specified to be so. Look very carefully at the pictures. I also cannot verify that any given item did or did not come from a Smoke or Pet Free home. I try very hard to package as carefully as possible all of the items I sell. However, sometimes, no matter how well an item is packaged, it ends up lost or damaged.
