Antique Set of 8 WM Rogers Silver Plate Knives in Original Wooden Dovetailed Box. The knives are well worn with lots of plate loss from age and use but the real treasure here is the original wooden storage box with decal inside that is dated 1865/1872. The knives are marked but very faint and hard to make out and the knives all measure 9.25 long. The pattern name is unknown. PLEASE NOTE – the wooden storage box was original made for 6 knives of this size but 8 knives are included. There is also spots for 6 smaller utensils as well which I’m guess was for butter knives.
