Antique condition with age-appropriate wear, including surface scratches, tarnish, patina, discoloration, and areas of plating wear. The decorative pumpkin on the covered sugar bowl’s finial appears to have broken previously and been re-soldered to the vine. A flower or leaf decoration is also missing from this repaired finial. The teapot finial appears complete. The pieces show scattered scratches, darkened areas, polishing marks, and visible wear consistent with more than a century of use. No additional major structural damage was observed from the available inspection. Good antique condition with a natural patina on the surface. Manufacturing Company of Hartford, Connecticut, likely dating from the mid-to-late 19th century. The set features a dramatic Baroque Revival design with bulbous, vertically paneled bodies, scrolling handles, elongated spout, ornate floral bases, and sculptural pumpkin-and-vine finials. The open bowl has a striking scalloped, flower-petal form and matching decorated pedestal base. One large covered teapot or coffee pot. One covered double-handled sugar bowl.
