1953 JUBILEE WM ROGERS INTERNATIONAL 53 PIECE GRILLE FLATWARE SILVERWARE SET. Up for your consideration a 53 piece flatware set in the ever so popular JUBILEE pattern. Pieces are stamped WM ROGERS MFG. Beautiful shiny set which hasn’t seen much use at all. Some scratches and minor cosmetic detail you can expect from a set with age. This set will come hand polished! Included are following pieces. 8 hollow modern grille knives 8 3/8. 8 grille (viande) forks 7 1/2. 8 salad forks 6 3/4. 8 oval / place soup spoons 7 3/8. 16 tea spoons 6. 1 sugar spoon 5 7/8. 1 master butter knife 6 7/8. 1 serving spoon 8 1/2 (1 deeper scratch inside bowl). 1 gravy ladle 6 1/8 (this one seen a bit more of use). 1 serving fork 8 7/8. Various makers marks all same pattern, most have FIRST WELSH BAPTIST CHURCH MONO, 8 simeon george marked forks say 1st Baptist Church mono on handle and 5 additional included 3 heavily worn no mono 1 mono SMC 1 has a script mono. 5 dinner knives included as well and have signs of ware. THE TARNISH ON THESE IS EASILY WIPED OFF WITH A RAG WITH MINIMAL PRESSURE APPLIED. 53 pieces in total, for the most part the forks are in great shape, 1 of them has bent tines, knives show some ware and 5 forks on bottom right has different mono and the 3 unmarked have heavier ware. Dinner forks and knives lot! These are not marked DWT but that is indicated with the “12″.
This set is pre-owned and does have some normal scratches and wear but have been taken care of and are in great condition. The case has carrying handles and a bottom pull our drawer for the extra knives.
