Silver Plate Rogers

This pattern has had many names over the years because it’s so timeless. It is Rogers IS. The plating is in great shape. It also comes with some felt storage pieces, which I have not pictured. Some of the pieces are tarnished and one fork has a bent tong. Besides that I just see light scratches from storage and use typical of flatware.

This listing is for a 53 piece Adoration 1847 Rogers Bros IS Silver plate Luncheon Silverware Set in Chest with many Serving Pieces. 8 Salad Dessert Forks. 1 Cold Meat Serving Fork. Each is used and will need a good deep cleaning but are in good condition with no plate loss, deep scratches or other issues. The Chest shows some light ware and scratches but is very sturdy and protects this set nicely. For this reason, and the fact that many of my items are 50+ years old, my items show ware and other issues from age and use. They are NOT new or unused unless specified to be so. Look very carefully at the pictures. I also cannot verify that any given item did or did not come from a Smoke or Pet Free home. I try very hard to package as carefully as possible all of the items I sell. However, sometimes, no matter how well an item is packaged, it ends up lost or damaged.
