Silver Plate Rogers

This tray / platter measures 13.5 x 17 not including the handles. With the handles it measures 21 w. There is some surface scratches. I tried to capture them in the photos but with the shine and the glare it was tricky. The scratches are probably from use or from polishing over the yeas. It does have a nice intricate design.
