This is a beautiful vintage 59 Piece 1847 Rogers Bros Silverplated IS flatware set from 1950. The pattern of this set is called “Daffodil” by 1847 Rogers Bros produced by International Silver. The pattern features a detailed Daffodil flower on the end of each handle with a flowing handle detail. This set does not have a monogram on any of the pieces. Each piece is has the maker’s stamp on the back of the handle that reads, “1847 Rogers Bros, IS, Daffodil” as pictured. Included in this set are the following pieces and quantity. Dinner Table Knives: Quantity of 10 (Each measures 9-1/2). Dinner Forks: Quantity of 12 (Each measures 7-1/2). Salad Or Desert Forks: Quantity of 8 (Each measures 6-3/4). Vintage, silver plate, extra large, coffee urn/ samovar/ dispenser with floral rim and legs. This coffee urn is from the Heritage pattern by Rogers Bros IS. There are ornate handles on each side and an ornate handle to turn the spout. Also features an extra large spirit burner. In good condition and in working order. A beautiful piece for use or display. Measurements: Coffee urn approx 19″ Tall, approx 14″ handle to handle and approx 10 1/2 diameter. Makers Mark: Heritage 1847 Rogers Bros IS 9451. The coffee urn is in great vintage condition. May show some signs of wear for it’s age such as small surface scratches, possible tarnish, polish residue and tiny dings. The inside looks clean. The clear finish on the wood finial is a little worn, but can easily be redone. Please Note: This listing is for the coffee urn only.
