Antique Joseph Rogers Victorian Sheffield EPC Vegetable Dish Mixed Metal Look. It is in good antique estate condition, There is silver plate loss but it gives the piece a beautiful mixed metal look. The handle removes from the lid so the piece can be used as either two dishes or as one covered dish. The bottom dish is marked with the early Joseph Rogers mark of an asterisk and E. Inside of an oval and both the bottom piece and the handle are marked H. Joseph Rogers started business in Sheffield England in 1682. This piece dates from 1850 – 1860. EPC stands for Electro Plated Copper. The dish measures 11.3″ long by 8.5″ wide. It stands 1.75″ tall without the lid and about 5.25″ tall with the lid and handle. Track Page Views With.
