Few if any scratches from use. All comes in a retro blonde wood box with drawer. Box has a few rubs and dings but nothing major. Included are 8 dinner knives, 16 teaspoons, 8 soup spoons, 8 dinner forks, 8 salad forks, 1 slotted serving spoon, 1 regular serving spoon, 1 large meat fork, 1 oval serving spoon, 1 pie server, 1 tomato server and 1 butter knife.
