This listing is for a nice Art Deco Period Rogers hand mirror in the HERALDIC pattern, issued in 1916. This lovely mirror features a large elaborately embossed crest on front in high relief with swags of foliage with tassels hanging below. Fancy engraved monogram “R J G” in center of crest. The silver is in good condition, although there is some wear to the silver at left of swag and above top of crest and a couple of minor dings around the outside edge (see photos). No other noted flaws. Nice beveled mirror fits tightly in the frame and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Measures 11 1/4″ long with the mirror measuring 5 1/2″ wide at top and about 5″ at bottom and 5 1/2″ long. Weighs 8.0 ounces. The mirror is still very attractive and totally functional.
