Up for sale is a group of 6 hollow handle Old French dinner knives made by Rogers / International. These knives are silver plate in the Charter Oak pattern. They measure 9 3/4 in length and are marked 1847 Rogers Bros. In looking them over we find them to be in good condition with beautiful darkness and nice luster. They have been hand polished to aid in inspection. All the surfaces have use and storage marks. On the blades are scratches, tiny dents, age spots and plate lift. Very nice condition with no damage, no plate loss, no monogram with very light use wear. The ice tongs have a factory tag on the inside, I don’t think they’ve been used. Nice and bright: you can see my reflection in the spoon bowls, those aren’t dark spots. Intricate and ornate pattern. 24 Demi spoons 4.5. 11 Iced tea spoons 7.75. 1 Ice tongs 8. Weight 2.0 lbs.
