This is a 9 piece tea/coffee service I picked up at a nearby thrift shop. I have no idea if these are silver, silver plated or what. It consists of one large waiter tray, 2 flat trays, a coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl w/ lid, a creamer, and two candlesticks. The tray is a large waiter tray that measures 26.25″X15.5″ with handles included, and 21 1/3X15.5 without the handles measured. The tray has a marking on the bottom that says, FIESTA ONEIDA LTD. It weighs 7 lb. There are fine scratches on it and some dark spots, as pictured. The coffee pot has a marking that says, “CRESCENT”, the letter “C” flanked by a lion head and maybe a palm tree? I’m not sure what it is. Also has the number “2950″ on the bottom. It measures approximately 10.5″ tall and approximately 6 1/4″ across and weighs 2lb. It has a scalloped design around the middle. The lid is on a hinge; it doesn’t totally come off. It shows some signs of wear and age- smudges, fine scratches, and little brown spots, more particularly on the lower half. The scalloped band has a pinkish tinge. The tea pot is the same as the coffee pot, “CRESCENT” same markings, wear etc, except that the marking says 2951. ” It measures 8″ tall by 6 1/4 across, weighs 1lb 11.8 oz, also with a hinged lid. The creamer, and sugar bowl are the same style with “CRESCENT 2952″ marked on the bottom. The sugar bowl measures 6.25″ across including handles, 4″ without measuring handles, stands approx 5 3/4 tall, weighs 13.2 oz, and has a lid with no hinge, so the lid can be completely removed. The creamer is a little more worn than the coffee pot, tea pot, and sugar bowl and has a few dark spots going across the side, as I tried to picture. The creamer measures 5″ across from spout to handle, and 3.5″ across without measuring the spout and handle. It stands 5.5 tall and weighs 10 oz. There is a four footed tray, maybe a bread dish, that measures 13.25″ X 5.25″, weighs 14.3 oz, and has a stamp that says, ACADEMY SILVER ON COPPER. Same story on the bread dish; fine scratches and unpolished. The smaller tray is four footed and measures 7″ X 5 7/8″, and weighs7.8oz. The stamp says, TRADE MARK 1883. It has a rock to it, so it must not be evenly balanced on the legs. There is a set of two candlesticks that says, PREISNER STERLING / WEIGHTED 116. The candlesticks weigh 1lb 2.6oz. It feels like the bottom is loose. I don’t feel like the candlesticks have the same pinkish tinge to them. That is the best I can do with my description. I can send you additional pictures if there is something I didn’t think to photograph. Thank you for considering these items, and have a wonderful day!
