VTG 1847 Rogers Bros 31 PC Plated Silver Silverware Flatware OLD COLONY w/ Case. Case hinge needs repair, multiple marks, scratches, interior stains on/in storage case, but still beneficial to help prevent tarnish. 8 Teaspoons (6 in), 1 Ladle (7 in), 1 Spreader (7.25 in), 8 Salad Forks (6 in), 9 Dinner Forks (7.5 in) one of which is triple XS with flower on back, 3 Tablespoons (7.25 in), 1 Casserole serving spoon (8.5 in). All have some tarnish present, with some displaying darker oxidation than others, hairline scratches throughout and some heavier scratches throughout. The storage case measures approximately 15.75 in X 11.25 in X 3.25 in. Please refer to detailed photos for an accurate description of wear. Some of the pieces need to be polished as shown but otherwise they are all in very good condition. The box is in decent shape, recently polished with old english but the right side is slightly loose and the ribbon is ripped as shown where the ladle sets. Bottom has felt pads to not scratch the table. Listing says service for 12 but there are only 8 soup spoons but all the extras make up for it! 1 cold meat serving fork. 12 knives (stainless blades). 6 iced tea spoons. Placement sheet (which this set has more than what’s shown). Pink lined mahogany box with drawer.
Awesome lot of heritage flatware. Includes 7 knives that are stamped with “stainless” on the blades, 8 soup spoons, 15 regular spoons (one not pictured) 8 long handled forks, 8 shorter forks, one slotted spoon, butter spreader, and one large serving spoon. These are really nice condition, but do have some light tarnishing.
Wm Rogers REFLECTION Luncheon Extra Plate Original Rogers 1939 47 PCs w/Chest. I believe this is a luncheon set, since there are grille forks and grille knives, but no dinner forks. Items are in very good used condition, nice and shiny, with normal signs of use for their age. The chest is sturdy, but definitely has seen better days. 1 solid casserole spoon. 1 cold meat fork. 1 pierced pie server. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
