19 pcs Vtg Valley Rose (Silverplate, 1956) ONEIDA Ltd Wm A Rogers SEALED. The plastic is discolored. None of the wrappers are opened, except the piece I did below. Several pieces have tarnish, so I opened one up and it was easily polished (I wasn’t sure it would be).
