Beautiful 18 1/4 tall Roger Bros 3 light candelabra in the Heritage Pattern. A very detailed flower pattern at every level and throughout the stick and arm sections. The candelabra that are bright and shiny come in two parts, the candle stick and arms. I have taken good pictures, and in picture 9 you will see the only plate issue I can see.
