VTG 1847 Rogers Bros 31 PC Plated Silver Silverware Flatware OLD COLONY w/ Case. Case hinge needs repair, multiple marks, scratches, interior stains on/in storage case, but still beneficial to help prevent tarnish. 8 Teaspoons (6 in), 1 Ladle (7 in), 1 Spreader (7.25 in), 8 Salad Forks (6 in), 9 Dinner Forks (7.5 in) one of which is triple XS with flower on back, 3 Tablespoons (7.25 in), 1 Casserole serving spoon (8.5 in). All have some tarnish present, with some displaying darker oxidation than others, hairline scratches throughout and some heavier scratches throughout. The storage case measures approximately 15.75 in X 11.25 in X 3.25 in. Please refer to detailed photos for an accurate description of wear. The teaspoons and tablespoons all have a design on the back of them, see picture. They are in pretty good condition considering how old they are. The picture of the pattern on the old catalog page is from a 1915 Baird-North Co.

A complete set of 12 settings plus 9 serving pieces. These are in very good condition and haven’t been used in decades. They are wrapped in a cloth holder that is supposed to prevent tarnish. 44 Pc Set OLD COLONY Silverplate Flatware 1847 Rogers Bros IS w/ Box Design Back 1911. Great early set of Flatware with embossed design on back. Nice used Condition without loss of plate. Lightly used, with some fine scratches present. The Soup Spoons do have some scratches in bowls. Have decorative leaf design on back. The Anti-Tarnish Chest is newer and clean without smells. There is a bottom drawer I put the knives in. NOTE: 7 1/8 Lunch Forks shown in main photo no longer available. Some pieces have monograms. 10 dinner knives (8 with stainless steel blades). 8 large soup spoons. 4 bouillon soup spoons. 1 large serving fork. 6 ice tea spoons. 2 pickle forks (one 8″ long, one 6″ long). 1 sugar (berry) spoon.
