Antique partial set of 1847 Rogers Bros. “Vintage” grape pattern, 1904. Coolest part is that it comes with the original box that held a setting for 8. More pieces were added to the set over the years, and although they’fit’ into the box, there aren’t specific place for many of the pieces. The flatware is in good to very good condition overall. This set is likely 100 years old and has been USED. The knives show the most wear, especially to the edges. The forks next, showing wear to the backs and the tines. The spoons are very good, considering that spoons usually get a lot of use. The lone grapefruit spoon shows the most age. There are 49 pieces total. 7-1/2 dinner forks — 11pcs. 7 salad forks — 4pcs. 8-1/2 dinner knives — 5pcs. 7-1/4 table spoons — 8pcs. 6 teaspoons — 10 pcs. 7 master butter knives with twisted handles – 2pcs. 6-1/4 butter knives — 2pcs. 5-1/2 grapefruit spoon — 1pc. 8-1/4 serving spoon — 1pc. 6 sugar spoon — 1pc. The box itself is in very good condition- no breaks or damage, some scuffs and scratches – a little scratch cover and orange oil will make it shine!
