Antique Rogers Bros Silver Plate Co Male Blackamoor Frame and Mirror Danbury CT. Made to look like bronze but heavy heavy silver plated and marked by Rogers Bros Silver Plate Co out of Danbury Ct. Gardner mirror appears to be original to the piece. Original patina and never polished as far as I can tell. I would think this is probably Victorian time frame. Please see all the pix. Mirror will probably clean up a little better than photographed. 20 x11 when assembled. A Lovely Pouring Tilt Pot w/Stand & Burner Pot Indeed! VINTAGE TILTING COFFEE/TEAPOT/BOILING WATER KETTLE. W/FOOTED STAND & BURNER POT. A Beautiful Coffee/Teapot/Hot Water Pot Set Indeed! Gorgeous Embossed Designs to the Kettle/Pot Spout & Stand! An impressive tilt pot indeed! No obvious plate loss or dings/dents to the. Tilt pot, stand or burner pot, nor are there any plate loss to the interior (only light stains/tarnish)! The burner pot with original cotton wick functions perfectly stem turns right/left. To lift inner stem (holding cotton wick) to open and down to close. No obvious plate loss to the kettle, though there is a small ding to one side of the lower body. Just to the right side of the spout (see photo #2), also, a couple of very small dings to. One side of the top edge of burner pot (though one would have to view closely to see them). Gas fluid used can either be kerosene, which does have an odor, or another option is a “clear lamp oil”. There are two (2) manufacturers of this oil that I know of, one is “Medallion”. Possibly there are other manufacturers of this “clear lamp oil” available. Note that the other exquisite antique tilting pots shown in photos #9 through #12. Absolutely Beautiful Complete (rare to find) MAYFAIR coffee/teapot set by Rogers Bros. In excellent condition, clean and very shiny (see the pictures). There are no dent or dings, no silver wear, interiors are clean. All are marked Rogers Bros. 1701 1702 1703 1704. The teapot mark should be 1702, but mark is gone or cannot be seen. The coffee pot stands 11″ tall and 10″ from spout to handle 1701; Teapot stands 10 1/4″ tall, 10″ from spout to handle; Sugar bowl stands 6 1/2″ tall, 6 1/4″ from handle to handle, 1703; Creamer stands 5 3/4 1704, also the creamer has a golden tone inside, usually almost all the creamers have. And there is a waste bowl, it’s different company, but it’s marked silver on. And it’s beautiful. The Tray is the same Mayfair design, marked EPC Hallmarked helmet, crown and a letter , large 22 1/5″ x 13 1/2″, has some NOT very visible scratches in the center. Okay, its time to let go of some of the silver Ive been hoarding as it is rarely used and not being appreciated. Antique Victorian silverplate pattern Vintage from 1904 with intricate grape pattern. These pieces are in excellent condition free of any serious issues and most (if not all) of the pieces are XS Triple plated for added weight and durability. Photos do not do justice. No obvious wear to the silverplate, rough spots, overpolishing, or other common issues that I can discern. I started with a basic service and built it out with fancy serving pieces, etc. (all in matching excellent condition) which took YEARS of hunting. This is a very beautiful set of Vintage 1847 ROGERS BROS Silverware/Flatware (Silverplate) set in the case. The pattern is called “First Love”. This is a 12 place setting with one spoon missing.
