It is well made with a detailed pattern, so it is a distinguished set that will last. The set is great American craftsmanship. The silver is a pretty color and tone, kinda antique. Very nice, clean, solid refurbished wooden case with an anti-tarnish lining, and no significant outer blemishes. 13 knives, 14 dinner forks, 12 salad or dessert forks, 12 dinner/soup spoons, 15 teaspoons or dessert spoons, 3 solid serving spoons, 1 master butter knife, and 1 sugar spoon. Overall, this silver plated serving platter is in excellent condition. It could definitely use a polishing to highlight its elegant design. I took the photos and description as best as I possibly could, not trying to hide anything. I found very minimal scratching on this piece at all, the last photo shows the biggest scratch I could find. This piece has been exceptionally well taken care of for its age.
