A fun, whimsical, detailed napkin ring of two dogs looking up at a parrot. The napkin ring is supported by base of acanthus leaves with two terrier dogs on each side looking up at a parrot on top of the ring. It still has some silver and has some shine. The mark on the base reads GUARANTEED BY ROGERS SMITH & CO. This writing is surrounded by a shield. The mark F/E is scratched on the base. 3 ½ (8.9 cm) tall x 3 ¼ (8.3 cm) wide x 1 ½ (3.8 cm) deep. Weighs 4.7 oz (135 g). There are no cracks or breaks. There is a small dent along the edge of the back of the ring. There are losses to the silver but it still shines up fairly well.
