Finial handle, detailed figure of a three dimensional cow standing on grass and rocks. Knife rest, on rolled rim. Fancy raised design at base. Stamped on base ROGERS & BRO. TRIPLE PLATE WHITE HARD METAL 435 1/2. Condition shows use, having tarnish, tiny light surface scratches and dings, most seen on the inside bottom of dish. The outside rim is slightly out of round, due to being pushed in approximately 1″ to 2″L, (not obvious, unless closely inspecting). Dome fits good on dish.
