American sterling silver footed cake plate, having glass body with openwork overlay, featuring griffins, dolphins, cherubs, floral urns as well as foliate and scroll elements, creating intricate patterns. In the center, there is an engraved curly monogram “MCP”. Made by Roger Williams Silver Co. This marvelous plate is 11″ in diameter and 3/4″ tall. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
