Rare Rogers & Bro 1868 Insulated Ice Tea/ Lemonade Pitcher Walrus, Polar Bears. This is a GREAT piece the spout has Hunters going after Walrus and Polar Bear and a scallap shell. The sides have great hand done floral design. It has floral design around top and bottom. This is 12 1/4 tall and has emamel inner flask for insulation. This is in great condition with couple minor dings on base and couple minor ones on top edge. With the unusual scene around the spout this may have belonged to one of the early Polar Explorers. This is a wonderful older antique William Rogers by Onieda Ltd silver plated flatware set. The pattern dates back to 1928 and is named Ramona/Lakewood/Brentwood. Each piece is marked with the Wm Rogers signature. This set consists of 141 pieces, 12 of which are serving pieces. It serves 16 people and sets up the table as 8 across. The overall condition is very good, free of plate loss, pithing, and rust. All the pieces polish to a nice shine, and look very good. There is some signs of use in minor scratches to the surface which can’t be be helped when dealing with a set of this age. It honestly does look very good and will set a beautiful table. The 141 pieces break down as follows: 16 dinner knives, 16 dinner forks, 16 salad forks, 33 teaspoons, 16 soup spoons, 16 ice tea spoons, 16 seafood forks, 8 butter knives, 3 large serving spoons, and 1 fish knife. It is housed in the box featured in the photos, and the total weight of the filled box is just over 15 pounds. The design is quite classic and traditional and has a wonderful old world look to it. The fact that there are so many pieces available make this a highly desirable set. It is not easy to find large older sets in where all the pieces look very good, as is with this set.
